Reset Voicemail PIN in Webex User Hub

  1. Go to the Webex User Hub and sign in with your BridgeValley account https://user.webex.com/webappng/hub/welcome

Login Page should look like this:

 

  1. Select Settings from the left-hand menu.

  1. Select Calling.

  1. Select Voicemail.
  2. Select Reset Voicemail PIN

  1. Enter the new voicemail PIN.

  1. Confirm the new PIN.
  2. Select Save.
